Rapper DMX was released from a Phoenix jail Thursday after serving a 90-day sentence for several crimes involving drugs, dogs and identity theft. X was sentenced Jan. 30 after cutting a deal with prosecutors on more than a dozen felony counts racked up over the prior 12 months. He ultimately pleaded guilty to one count each of animal cruelty, theft, marijuana possession and possession of a narcotic.

Now X is facing a new rap after reportedly throwing a tray of food at a guard while he was in the pen.

Hopefully X can beat this and go on Celeb Rehab or something!

Kanye is somewhat back to his blog bashing. The MC went off in a post on his blog against Twitter, bashing the site for allowing users to set up accounts under fake names. West was upset because somewhat was using Twitter under his name - Twitter suspended the fake account.

Fake celebrity Twitter accounts have been a fact of life for the rapidly growing Twitter, but the site says it’s working to combat the problem.

For Kanye, He says he’s “too busy actually being creative most of the time” and that “everything that Twitter offers I need less of.”

DMX publicist has clarified that X will not be participating in the upcoming ‘Celebrity Rehab’ reality television show.  This is unfortunate, I think he could use a good rehab to fix his demons and drug habits but more importantly it would be entertaining. Can you imagine somebody trying to stop X from wilding out, while he is barking? I think he could of won a reality TV Emmy.

If Lil Wayne is not making a solo song, he is being featured on a collaboration with other artists. Lil Wayne has always gone hard by continously feeding us (fans) with new music but now that he has dominated the game for the last year, can he take a little breather? I am not adovacting retirement but a vacation (a month or two).
